The Engineer will provide day-to-day monitoring and support of Infrastructure and Application devices, basic network troubleshooting, issue tracking and escalation. Also handles Incident Management, helping in gathering information for Problem Management.

Install safety and distribution components (e.g. Understanding of Fire Safety Systems, Fire Alarm Systems,. Switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
